Write your Way!

A slender Pen in hand
A snowy crisp Blank page...
A dainty wrist lay across the sheet
With a nervous tapping of feet.

The page awaited to be filled,
With the recent chain of events
The heart wrenching moments
The judgemental comments.

But hesitant pen feared,
For what's once put down
Cannot be undone.
Written woes begets more grief.

But the page wasn't convinced
It started to flip adamantly
As if yearning and throbbing
In an effort to graze the pen.

The pen bound by duty
Weighed down by courtesy
Stopped midway
in a turmoil of thoughts

She grasped the pen
With a confident stride
Landed on the page
And wrote "The End"

And that...was a new beginning
For it was the end of being judged by others

Be the pen who puts an end to being bullied
Be the page who fights to embrace change.
