One reason why women do not rise up is well... women. Yes... some may be nodding while some may be rolling eyes. But the fact remains that most women (not all) do not uphold other women. The reason is not rocket science. Let's break it down... If woman A helps woman B in a certain field, then woman B will be a step ahead. Then the ugly thought rears its head - 'what if she becomes successful and becomes more desirable amidst other men?' we need to go no further in throwing light on this issue.
